In UV I think this flower is as beautiful, perhaps even more than in visible light! The patterns, and shades are at least as intricate and detailed in UV as in visible light.
That’s what I find so exciting – I never know from my visual standpoint whether or not the flower is a beauty in UV or simply a dark and dull flower.
Native range is tropical and subtropical America.
