White-fronted Capuchin (Cebus yuracus Marañón)

White-fronted Capuchin (Cebus yuracus Marañón) is one of many species of monkeys that roam the land of Napo Wildlife Center. Best time to see them is when they are foraging for food like here, before 07:00 in the morning!

Getting a clear view of them is a totally different matter. This time I was lucky as the clutch of fruit was in the open and more tempting than I was scary (these are all wild, so getting close is all about patience and luck).

They are constantly watching the sky, and are more wary of the predators coming that way, than of us floating on canoes.
