As the name implies Coelocarpum haggierensis primarily grows in the Haghier mountains – the granite heart of Socotra. This specimen is likely at the lowest elevation in its range, here standing at 733 meters.
Its seeds are maturing, and no inflorescense with flowers to be found, but it has lovely purple flowers, seen here.
