The Socotran fig is almost without exception found on steep or vertical cliffs, and at this location I encountered not only beautiful specimens like this one, but also seedlings! Unfortunately these seedlings were accessible to goats, so eventually they will consume them. Only luck will make anyone of them reach maturity.
