Euphorbia schimperi

Euphorbia schimperi is a common species on Socotra, and you’ll likely see them in all vegetative stages ranging from in severely lack of water to full of leaves as seen here after the rains. The leaves are very short-lived.

Native range is Ethiopia, Eritrea, Socotra, Arabian Peninsula.

Elevation: 139 meters.
