Cynanchum revoilii

Cynanchum revoilii is a very common species to mid-level elevations, and in most instances seen without any sign of fruit or flowers, as is the case here. But it is easily distinguished by the leaves covered in dense white hairs, giving the leaves a whitish appearance.

Native range is Northeast Tropical Africa to North Tanzania.
