A Dragon blood tree (Dracaena cinnabari) surrounded by diverse, dense and lush vegetation.
These mountains rise to above 1500 meters above sea level and are often hidden in dense clouds. This moisture is constantly accumulating on the landscape and everything growing there. Without these mountains there would be rain only during the monsoons, which can range from totally absent to devastating cyclones.
Also called Hageher or Hajhir mountains.
