Socotra is criss-crossed with cracks and holes ranging in size from smaller than a finger to huge caves. The island should have been nick-named the island of a million caves, but that is perhaps an understatement.
This wave-like opening is one of countless unusual shapes, and is on the way to Shuab beach of west Socotra.
