At around 800 meter elevation and up the Euryops arabicus were in bloom and thus a lot of insects gathered to eat from the huge number of flowers. This was one of several lepidoptera species I encountered here. Please help me identify it – leave a comment 🙂

What a beautiful moth when it has the wings open like this! I mostly saw this species with wings in resting position and no sign of this colorful wonder! For some reason it has found the bonnet of a car to be the best resting place for the day!
