Yet another incredible outburst of noctilucent clouds, and still only the beginning of July!
The timelapse spans 1500 exposures from 00:50-02:30.
Weatherforecast is good, so hopefully several more displays to come. These wonderfully bright tendrils and swirls are only possible during the months of late May to beginning of August, but July is by far the best month as the intensity is at its greatest if the clouds do appear.
In May or August even the most intense displays will only be visible low above the northern horizon, but not cover the sky up to zenith, as they can in July and have twice this July.
